Phillip's dynamic coaching style blends technical expertise, a multi-sport athletic background, and a passion for developing players of all levels—from young beginners to competitive adults.
Phillip held leadership roles at premier clubs—including Longwood Cricket Club, and Longfellow Tennis Club. As a former team captain at Southern Virginia University and a top-ranked USTA player in New England, Phillip understands the mindset of competitors and how to motivate athletes toward their full potential. His unique approach to teaching is rooted in clear communication, high energy, and an ability to adapt to each player’s learning style.

Roeland played his NCAA collegiate years at Southern Illinois University. He has proudly worked with various Heads of State, including former HRM Queen Beatrix and the current King of the Netherlands, HRM Willem Alexander. Roeland is a PTR Certified Professional and has been teaching tennis for 42 years. He enjoys being on the court working with students of all ages and levels. He is high up on developing sound technique and great tactics and strategies.
Roeland will be teaching cardio tennis, adult and junior clinics and private lessons.

Steve Burns previously coached Ripon's men's and women's tennis teams as well as served as president of the Wisconsin chapter of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Burns was the head coach of Notre Dame Academy’s Girls Tennis program and head coach of Boys Tennis which earned Wisconsin’s Division II High School State Championship in 2018. Prior to that, Burns served as assistant coach of Girls Tennis from 2009-2011, earning State Championships all three years. He served as president of the Wisconsin Chapter of the USTA from 2015-2017, and is currently a member of the organization’s Midwest Tournament Committee. He has also been captain of the men's Green Bay 4.5 Team for 16 Years. As a player, Burns was the USTA Men’s Adult League Tennis Captain for Team Wisconsin from 2015-16.
